Amaretto

Makes 1 1/4 Gallons.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Gallon Good Vodka (Not the Cheap Stuff)
• 4 Cups Water
• 4 oz. Almond Extract
• 6 Cups Sugar
• 3/4 Quart Apricot Brandy
• Green, Yellow, and Red Food Coloring

Directions:

• Add sugar to water and boil until all sugar is dissolved.
• Allow sugar water to cool.
• Add vodka, almond extract, and apricot brandy to sugar water; stir to combine.
• Add six drops green food coloring, 24 drops yellow food coloring, and 18 drops red food coloring.
• Stir until mixture is a deep amber color.
• Pour into a covered glass container and keep cold.
