- 3 1/2 - 4 lb. Bottom Round Roast
- 2/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Gallon Freezer Bag
- Minced Garlic to Taste
Directions:
- Poke roast with fork.
- In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and vinegar.
- Add roast and soy sauce mixture to freezer bag and store overnight in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sprinkle garlic over roast.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
