- 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
- (1) 15 oz. Can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 Package Coconut Pecan Frosting Mix
- I imagine they don't make this anymore, so if I had to guess I'd say use 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1/4 Cup Flour, 1/4 Cup Coconut, and 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans.
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine cake mix, 1/4 cup melted butter, and eggs until just moistened.
- Pat into greased, 13" x 9" cake pan (greased on bottom only).
- Top with pie filling.
- Combine frosting mix with 2 Tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle over cherries.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
