Ingredients:
- (1) 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 Can Pie Filling (Cherry, Apple, or Blueberry)
- (1) 18 oz. Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 - 1 Cup Chopped Nuts or Shredded Coconut
- 1 - 2 Sticks Melted Butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease 13" x 9" pan.
- Dump undrained pineapple into pan and spread evenly.
- Spread pie filling over pineapple and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit.
- Pour melted butter over top of cake mix.
- Sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until cake mix has cooked through.
