Ingredients:
- 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 3 1/2 oz. Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Southern Comfort
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/8 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Southern Comfort
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, vanilla pudding, 1/2 cup cold water, oil, chopped nuts and 1/2 cup Southern Comfort and mix on medium speed for two minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare glaze.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add 1/8 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Heat until sugar is totally dissolved.
- Add 1/4 cup Southern Comfort.
- When cake has cooled, invert onto serving plate.
- Pour warm glaze over cold cake.
- Allow to cool again before serving.
