Ingredients:
- (2) 3 oz. Packages Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt
- (2) 2 oz. Envelopes Choco-Bake
- I didn't know what the hell this was either. You can buy it in stores, or a substitute is melted and cooled unsweetened baking chocolate, ounce for ounce.
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream, Whipped
- 1/4 Cup Nuts, Chopped
- (1) 9" Graham Cracker Crust
Directions:
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, brown, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Beat until creamy.
- Blend in choco-bake; mix well.
- Fold in heavy whipping cream.
- Spoon mixture into crust.
- Sprinkle nuts over top.
- Freeze for two hours and serve.
