Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 2/3 Cup and 2 Tbsp. Baking Cocoa
- 3/4 Tsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Cups Cold Water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and salt together into 13" x 9" cake pan.
- Drizzle oil over sifted mixture.
- Make three holes in mixture and add vinegar and vanilla to holes.
- Pour the cold water over the entire mixture.
- Mix well with a fork until well blended - DO NOT BEAT OR BLEND.
- Bake for 45 - 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
