- 3 lbs. Cooked Beef Roast
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Peperoncini Juice
- 2 Beef Bullion Cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 6 Peperoncini
Directions:
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low all day.
- Shred beef with a fork before serving.
- Serve on a French roll topped with mozzarella cheese.
