- 1/2 lb. Ground Chuck
- 1/3 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Flour
- 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
- (1) 2 oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
- 1/4 Cup Green Olives, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Unbaked Pie Crust, Thawed
Directions:
- Place a cookie sheet in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Prick bottom of pie crust and bake for four minutes on cookie sheet.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375.
- In large skillet, cook meat, onions, and green peppers until meat is browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili sauce, garlic salt, mushrooms, olives, sour cream, and flour.
- Mix until well-combined and spoon into pie crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top of pie.
- Place pie on cookie sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes until cheese browns.
- Place on cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
